“Exosphere” is an experimental video where the boundaries of light, colour and texture are being explored. It’s a mystical experience in which you are slowly dragged into another universe, full of atmosphere-like colours, images and lights. The exosphere is the outermost layer of our atmosphere. (Ancient Greek: ἔξω éxō “outside, external, beyond”). It’s where the atmosphere thins out and merges with outer space. Particles in the exosphere are bound by Earth’s gravity but fast-moving ones can escape, leaking from the atmosphere. In this video you are becoming a part of that experience. Exosphere is made with different types of foil, a cube, flashlight and a camera. It began with no specific plan or idea and lots of experimenting. Made by Eline Vooren and Sarah Graus

"Eigen wil" is an animation that explores the relation between humans and nature. Nature has its own will and not even humans can overcome that will. I think humans don't experience powerlessness that often. Nowadays humans have control over almost everything. But nature will always find a way to get out of that control. In a way we are nature. But even when we see that we as humans are nature, we'll always try to stand above. That's why the relation between humans and nature is a complex thing.

een van de zwaarste stormen in Nederland, en wat er gebeurde
toen mijn moeder op het water vaarde met een storm op komst.

Een verhaal/spoken word/gedicht over de verschillende
mogelijkheden van het lot tussen twee vreemdelingen.
